TEE TIME CANCELLATION POLICY:
In order to retain your tee time booking privileges with Mt. Woodson Golf Club, you must contact us prior to 24 hours in advance of your tee time reservation to either cancel all or some of the spots you reserved, so that we are given at least a small window of opportunity to re-book, and not lose payment for that window of time. If you and/or part of your reservation group do not show up for your reserved tee time, your credit card will be charged for the no shows up to the entire reservation amount.
RESTRICTIONS
Children ages 6 and under are not permitted on the golf course. Age 7 and up are permitted with adult supervision only. Anyone bringing a child on the golf course assumes all risk for injury, and indemnify and hold harmless the golf course, golf course staff, golf course owners, its assignee(s), etc.
NO PETS ALLOWED
Service animal owner assumes all risk, responsibility and liability for their service animal’s actions and safety. Service animals are not permitted to run around freely and must be at the owner’s side at all times controlled with a leash or voice commands due to rough wild terrain, cliffsides and wildlife (flora and fauna), as well as the safety of our other customers.
NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON PREMISES
DRESS POLICY
Collared shirts are required. Denim jeans are allowed. Cut-off shorts and tank tops are not allowed. Shorts must be Bermuda length. Soft spikes only.
CARTS
2 Golfers per cart. Driver must have a valid driver’s license. Operate cart safely/responsibly. NO Driving on public roads, except to cross street to next hole. NO driving over curbs, between bunkers/greens, behind greens, or on slopes. Obey all cart signs. Report any cart damage.
4 Player maximum per group, 4 hour target to play 18 holes. Keep up your pace of play.
Slow players may be asked to skip to open hole(s) ahead.
Twilight Players NOT guaranteed 18 holes. For safety, carts must be turned in by sunset. Please do not be disrespectful to our cart staff when asked to head back.
All persons on or about the golf course premises assume all risk of injury or loss to themselves or personal property and agree to indemnify/hold harmless golf course, golf course staff, golf course owners, its assignee(s), etc. Golfers personally assume all liability for damage, injury or loss they cause with cart driving and/or errant golf balls on or off the golf course.
